The provider (Black Lion Heating) could not have been more cooperative or courteous. They were a total pleasure to work with and I am very sorry that the deal did not come together--especially for them to have some benefit. I totally endorse this provider based on their attitude and their effort to make all this situation come together. They were a pleasure to work with! Totally. Keep them on Angie's List.
When our furnace went out the coldest weekend in December, we called Black Lion Heating based on ratings on Angie's list and the fact that they provided emergency weekend service. They were at our house within two hours. They were able to get the heater going and let us know we needed a new furnace as this was a temporary fix. Wonderful job by Black Lion. I was impressed by the positive reviews they continue to get on Angie's List, and now I see why. The tech showed up early (I wasn't home) called to let me know he was available, and waited patiently until I could get home to meet him. HE was in and out in about 30 minutes, extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them if I have any troubles with my heating or AC.
It’s pretty good. Sure, I have them a couple of times for the couple of years, once a year for the last couple of years. I want to say somewhere in September 2013 that they were here right before winter.

I think the service with Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning was fine. He was prompt, they scheduled it quickly and came out when they said they would come out. They were very professional. I would recommend them. I think the pricing was good. I will surely use them again.
