I admit it. . . I had put off having my furnace cleaned and inspected for far too long -- about 3-4 years. When I sawthat Black Lion Heating and AC had a"Big Deal" I decided to give them a try. I scheduled an appointment online -- they were able to fit me in (even with my crazy schedule) within a week. Wow! The service man was prompt (about 10 minutes early -- a first for me!) and got right to work. I talked to them over the phone, when Ineeded to cancel our appointment, they werevery understandingandprofessional .
It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. It was straightforward service. I didn't have any complaints. They did the work fast. I would use them again for another Big Deal.
They were clean and professional. The job took longer then they predicted, but they still charged the price they quoted. At one point the company owner stopped by to check their progress ensure quality. They even came back a third day to meet with the Backflow Preventer Inspector when I couldn't get away from work.
The service turned out fine. I am happy. He was on time, great service, and everything was good.
Provider turned up on time, performed the service quickly and efficiently and provided a detailed receipt with the work performed which he talked me through at the end of the job.
