Everything went great. I have used three heating/AC companies in the past 5 years and Black Lion was by far the best. I had some unique needs and desires for the system, and they worked with me to customize things exactly how I wanted. The county inspector commented on what a good job they did with the installation and had no issues. They were very pleasant to work with, and their bid was very competitive. I will definitely use them again.
They did a good job. I have no complaints, it was quality work.
It was fine. I thought they could have done a more thorough job as they were very quick to get the job done. They were done within about 15 minutes. The technician was very helpful and he gave us information about our thermostat programming. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy with the technician.
Service was efficient and on time. Didn't try to sell us on any upgrades. They also looked at a non-functional cold-air intake vent in the bedroom that actually wasn't connected to anything and gave us advice on filling the vent opening with expandable foam. Provided possible fixes for keeping the bedroom warmer at a low price point.
Excellent service at a fair price!
