It was very non-eventful. He came in, did the maintenance work, and was done.
Did not use at all...people were nice..I cannot afford right now.
The work went ok. Our project was a bit non-standard because it wasn't just a swap out old appliance with new. We actually needed a few feet of new ductwork out into the garage and it needed to be a specific size to accommodate the air flow from the cold air return to the furnace. Overall, Black Lion did a great job managing the project and making sure I was happy at the end. So in that regard I'm extremely happy. They came on time and clean up all the vents. They also discovered that the filter in the furnace was very dirty and charged a little extra to have everything clean up. They also replaced the battery for the furnace so it's working correctly now. Very professional and friendly.

Very good, the technician gave me a reliable projection of the end of life of my furnace as well as performing a tuneup
After they serviced and inspected it they found there was a dangerous crack that could really be a problem. After further investigation we agreed and decided to have them replace the furnace. They gave us a quote to replace it and a quote to fix it. Since we were selling the house we decided to replace it. They were gracious to replace it quickly before we sold the house. I was very impressed and would use them again. I recommend them to others.
