I contacted them online. They got back to me quickly and a few emails later (within an hour) the appointment was set for two days later. They were right on time and gave the furnace a tune-up quickly and efficiently. Apparently the furnace filter that I had just replaced, was replaced by them...which is a little frustrating, but I'll know that for next time.
We are very impressed with this company! They have been out 3 times. Each time we have been very impressed with them! We will continue to use them in the future!
I got the service as an Angies Big Deal. They were very responsive and timely in getting back to me to set up a date. They were punctual on the day of service. They gave the furnace a clean bill of health.
Tech was prompt, professional, and efficient. Provided written summary of all work done, reminder for AC check in spring. There was no attempt to pressure-sell additional services. Because of this good experience, I will definitely use for future HVAC services.

I went for the big deal to have my gas heater serviced for $75. He came out exactly on time and spent about 30-40 minutes to clean and inspect the system and change the air filter. I was a bit concerned because we haven't had it serviced for 15 years. I changed filters but that's all. Anyway we got a clean bill of health. Every thing is running good and I'll have it cleaned again next year. No sales talk, no BS.
