I purchased the Big Deal special to have my furnace tuned up. It worked so well. I put in my order one evening and Black Lyon emailed me back the next day to confirm my purchase. I was easily able to schedule an appointment through email. On the day of the service, the technician arrive just ahead of the appointment time and was done in 30 minutes.
My experience was wonderful. I was happy with them. They explained what they were doing in the appointment. They were professional. They did not try to sell me more services.
Amazing service. They were on time knowledgable, and professional. I have used another company for 10 years, we will be switching. Since we do a twice yearly service, it will be worth it!
I purchased an Angie's List special deal for replacement of a water heater for $799. When the guy came out to do the work, he found that the plumbing and electrical hook-ups were not up to code. I live in a manufactured home. He said that if he tried to replace the water heater now, the plastic pipes were so brittle and not installed correctly, they would break. Black Lion did an amazing job and they have always been fantastic to work with! They immediately answer their phones, schedule same or next-day appointments, are always on time, and go above and beyond to address anything we need. Every time we have used their services the total cost came in below the initial estimate given.
