Refinanced in Oct 2021 with Blue Brick Financial. Got a 10-year fixed rate at *****% to replace the 15-year fixed rate of *****% that we obrtained from the same company 5 years ago. Both times, the process was smooth. Clear communication. No surprises. Quick. **** ******** and ******* were easy to talk to. Very responsive. Would use this "home of the no-cost loan" anytime again.
