I just finished my second refinance with Blue Brick, and if it says anything, I ASKED THEM to send me a link where I could review their service. They were that good, again. I gave them a few bits of paperwork upfront and filled in the application, and from then on, it was on auto-pilot. They didn't bother me unnecessarily, but whenever I wanted some info on how things were going, they responded promptly to my calls and emails. I am a stickler for service quality, and I can't say anything negative about my 2 experiences to da... read more

I got a personal call from the VP at one point who promised to take care of my situation and they followed through with their promise.
