The refinance process was easy and everyone was very helpful. They provided the best rate and no closing costs. Unfortunately, our loan fell through at the last minute due to reasons not related to Blue Brick. We will be back when we're able to refinance again.
It took awhile but we refinanced two properties, FOR FREE, allowed us to pay off other properties. We had to pay the appraisals up front but they reimbursed at the end. We would use them again, Rebecca Arellano did a great job of returning emails quickly.

At first, I thought their pitch of "no closing cost" was bogus due to my experience with other mortgage brokers; however, they lived up to their word and I incurred zero closing cost.
