This was our second time in the past three years to ask Tom for help with refinancing our mortgage. The current interest rates were really hard to ignore. Both time the company delivered the process totally painlessly. Every single document needed was sent via email and the closing was done in our home. Shelly was communicating the process on weekly and sometimes on daily bases calling us and sending emails. I don't think you can find a better mortgage broker in this market that will treat you with respect and honesty.

We have a very low rate now and that was at zero cost to us (I don't know how they do it!!!) Thanks also to our loan processor Sarah L***. With this review I wanted to let people know that even though they did our refi at no cost, Blue Bricks has been nothing but legit and professional with us!
