Julie was awesome to work with, our re-fi went smoothly and we were refunded in full for the appraisal as promised- making our transaction truly a NO-COST refinance! I loved how I could actually call Julie on the phone and speak to her in person if I had a question. Real people answered the phone and acted like a small business that cared about their customers. Very happy with our experience!
