Maybe because it’s so busy, but some clinicians seem rushed and bothered by patients. My first few visits I didn’t know where to go and they weren’t very helpful. Also I didn’t receive the text link they said I should have and I repeated I never got a PDF link and when I showed them the emails I DID receive, they were very rude. It wasn’t a pleasant first interaction with the staff.

I recieved detailed test results and explanation of what was seen i was able to express my concerns and a treatment regimen that meets these concerns was decided. I am almost 50yrs old and in this chapter I want to live my best life and the kind staff here is trying very hard to help me do so, I'm very happy with the service I've recieved.
