I don’t feel enthusiastic welcome from front desk staff. Nurse that took me last time for weight and vitals didn’t seem happy but other than that I like the other nurses and doctors I usually see. In the past I have an outstanding bill from previous insurance I wished blue sky would’ve told me ahead of time how much it could cost me or file to my insurance first before I go there for 4 weeks and have to pay that for money I don’t have. Everyone is courteous and acts like they genuinely want to help me with my weight loss.
Everyone is always professional, friendly and things run smoothly. Encouragement is plentiful and I never leave feeling like a failure or that I’m not doing things right. Seeing the waiting room packed shows me that people know they are in good hands!
Mary Wall Tucker is wonderful and always listens to any concerns you might have and helps you decide what is best for you in treatment. Everyone in the office is very kind and efficient.
Great staff as always! No problems on getting appointments, plus never a long wait! Definitely would recommend the providers at Blue Sky!
