Henrietta is so knowledgeable and sweet. Love my visits with her. Not to mention super smart- she looks at the whole person and I appreciate her!

What I do not like is that everyone can hear everything about my appt. This is a patient privacy issue. I can hear what every patient is there for and what was done as they can hear mine. The RN’s and providers are all very nice. The front desk needs to work on patient privacy.

The girl that I spoke to on the phone who made the appointment was wonderful. When I went to get my blood drawn, the people with the front desk and the girl that took my blood were not friendly at all. When I went back next week to get my pellets inserted the people at the desk were not friendly. The nurse to Dr. I saw was somewhat friendly but the doctor herself wasn’t and did not have a great side bedside manner..she didn’t explain to me what my levels were or anything else.
