I have been so happy with my results from Blue Sky in Hendersonville. I have lost 100 pounds since I started this journey. I love going to nutritional counseling and they hold me accountable for learning the change in lifestyle it takes to keep the weight off. I also started hormone therapy at the same time and it changed my life. I am 62 and menopause was causing me many problems. The staff is great ! I have been dedicated and look forward to going each week. I feel so much better every day.
Jennifer Langdon is great! She always listens and addresses any concerns I have, and is always positive. Always a pleasant experience at Blue Sky!

I credit Blue Sky MD for feeling better than I have in years!!!! Not only did I lose 30 lbs at a healthy pace with weekly nutrition counseling they also corrected my hypothyroidism! Game changer for me and how I feel! Best thyroid lab numbers I’ve had in 10 yrs. I loved every DR. and all staff.
