I have found the carers and staff very proficient and kind. But there are so many things not allowed to be done since last year and of course the increase in price.

Bluebird has been looking after my mum, who is living with dementia for nearly two years now. The carers have provided an exceptional level of care, and many of them are good friends of the family now. Mum and Dad wouldn't be able to stay together without them, and I think they are amazing people. The support and advice from the coordinator and the whole team in the office have been invaluable to me during some difficult times, and I am so grateful to have them.

We have used Bluebird for several years now. The permanent carer has been fabulous, committed and loyal to the family. Bluebird is always available for advice, although they are more geared to short term care I feel. The invoices are sometimes inaccurate and need monitoring. The holiday cover carers have varied in quality.

I have always found the carers to have my mums best interests at heart. They have always been kind and helpful towards her, albeit she can be difficult at times. Also, the office staff have always been helpful with their advice.

Bluebird has been helping with my mother's care for a few years now. From our first meeting with the registered manager, both Mum and I felt confident that her concerns and requirements were being taken into account and listened to. Initially, the carers came twice a week and increased as Mum's needs changed. The carers are chosen carefully to have a good fit in terms of personality and experience, which works really well. Bluebird Care has provided professional care for my elderly parents for more than five years. The carers have been uniformly kind, thoughtful and efficient. Their commitment to my father during the pandemic has been enormously impressive and neither he nor I could have managed without them.
