We were extremely pleased with the care provided to mum since February 2014. Your team gave us confidence that Mum was getting the very best support and we were particularly impressed with the communications and response from you all when we did have any worries or concerns.
Bluebird carers were brilliant with my dad. Only once did they not come. In the short time the ladies came to dad we had built up a good relationship with them.
Bluebird carers are wonderful, but the staff in the office do not phone me when there are changes every time.
I am cared for by Bluebird Care (Redbridge). They send me an excellent carer who is absolutely great. She is kind, thoughtful and very caring. I am house bound and at the beginning of this year I was quite ill. My GP wasn't very forth coming and the manager of Bluebird Care (Redbridge) contacted my GP surgery and on that same evening a team doctor visited me for treatment. I couldn't wish for a better care agency. A big thank you to Bluebird Care (Redbridge).

My usual carer is excellent. Works hard and quickly and is always very willing to help and is friendly and supportive. They are all reliable.
Staff at Bluebird are always helpful and friendly. I am informed if my regular "poppet" cannot attend on regular day/time. My care is domestic chores, I cannot manage - due to trapped sciatic nerve. "Poppet" is always cheerful and completes any (except using steps/ ladder etc.) tasks I ask, she is patient when I have to move. The quality of my care has been sensitive and excellent. During the last 2 years I have been having to organise my move from a large house (lived in for 48 yrs) to a flat. A mammoth effort during which my wonderful carer was such a help as much psychologically as physical. It was of the utmost importance, therefore, that the agency provided me with a consistent carer so that we could get to know each other and understand each others needs and limits. The agency made this important task possible.

Scrubbed with soap till raw. Back thumped (not washed). I have fractures. Care of property = stains on the carpet. Mud on bath matt. Water all over the wooden top to the hand basin. Staff sickness then me upset tummy?

Although the service provided is to a high standard, it is still very expensive when time for personal care was reduced from 1 hour - £32.95 to half an hour - £27, this is very unreasonable (50% plus something would be ok, say £20). Notice was given the day before on two occasions following a 1-night and subsequent 2-night stay in hospital, to save carers making a wasted journey.
