The Bluebird staff have been great with my mother who has been struggling with dementia and mobility issues over the past 6 months. Always friendly, efficient, caring and helpful during a challenging period for my family. Highly recommended.

Bluebird Care is a first class care agency that I am so glad my Mum has been able to benefit from for the past 5 years. She has been so well looked after and cared for by the team and both her and the family feel so lucky to have them . My Mum is happy in their care and we are happy to put our trust in them. Very reliable, caring , friendly and professional. Cannot fault them and I recommend them to anyone looking for at home care for their loved ones .

The carer's that have looked after my mum have always been kind,professional and approachable. It was a comfort to me that mum was supported to stay in her flat as long as possible by such a lovely team who often went above and beyond to help her. Thankyou very much for all you have done.

I have only experienced Bluebird care for a short wile in the form of companionship but I am more than satisfied.

We wanted to move Mum from a care home back to her own home and Bluebird gave an excellent service from when my sister approached them. They visited Mum and were very supportive as Mum has advanced dementia. We need two carers per visit and every one of them is kind, polite and genuinely caring towards Mum and they meet all of her required needs. They offer advice, and also listen if I raise anything with them. Highly Recommended.

I continue to be very happy with the attention I receive from my carers. They do everything they can to make me as comfortable as they can from making sure I am safe in the shower to warming my clothes on the radiator, making me a hot drink and sandwiches for lunch. They have become good friends and I look forward to their visits as we always have something of interest to talk about.
