We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Bluebird. The carers are all efficient, friendly and very caring, both with my terminally ill husband and myself and when I have needed to phone the office, the way my calls have been dealt with has always been very quickly, professionally and again, in a friendly manner. We don't know how much further care my husband will need but we have been so comforted by the understanding and reassurances by members of staff that anything we need can be provided. ... read more

The carers at Bluebird Shropshire are kind, helpful and give my sister confidence as she suffers from anxiety. Nothing too much trouble. The office staff are also helpful, especially The co-ordinators. Help and support given to me, as I live some distance away from my sister, is very reassuring.

The care needs of my 88-year-old mother escalated until a family and friends' care rota was just not enough, and we used the 24-hour care package from Bluebird. A hardworking and extremely kind lady arrived with an enormously heavy suitcase! She bonded quickly with my mother, so important when a fiercely independent person can no longer cope. We are so grateful for her unstinting efforts. Sadly, my mother moved beyond what one person could do, we moved her into institutional care, and she died shortly after. The whole family... read more

It has been useful to have this review which has given me a chance to meet with Bluebird management and they with me. In old age, things are constantly changing relating to health and disability, pain, and physical and social needs. In fact, needs may change again as soon as tomorrow, however, it was useful to review with your representative today and to feel supported by the organisation and care options.
