Everybody in Bluebird has been fantastic including the carers, assessment staff and management are real people persons. Not been easy with mum, particularly with her fighting to keep independent living.

In the three years in the care of Bluebird Shropshire, I have never been let down with no carer available. But I would appreciate being informed of changes of carer, except in cases of illness at short notice. I do not think it appropriate that 'shadowing' along with the booked carer should be allowed without the previous consent of the service user and perhaps an introduction would be considered to be more appropriate. I have a care provider every Friday and I have been very happy with her. She helps me with my shower and has been helping to wash my hair in the lockdown. After that, she makes me a cup of coffee before she leaves. When my hairdresser opens again I will go back to him.

Thank you for the lovely flowers! This review is very short as it is only from October 28th, 2019 - January 22nd, 2020, I have found the carers pleasant, kind and thoughtful. They enjoy a chat and tell me about their families. Just tome to cook a simple meal. Slight difficulties with cooker so prefer the microwave. The kitchen is always left clean and tidy.
Bluebird have provided the care I need to be able to take my other boys swimming, and other activities that their stepbrother is unable to do. Staff are trustworthy and do a great job.
Having the Bluebird Team visit my granddad during the last few weeks of his life was truly a blessing. The supervisors and care team where so compassionate and caring, they were respectful of his wishes and also the needs of my grandmother and family. The Bluebird team made a very hard time easier.
