It has been useful to have this review which has given me a chance to meet with Bluebird management and they with me. In old age, things are constantly changing relating to health and disability, pain, and physical and social needs. In fact, needs may change again as soon as tomorrow, however, it was useful to review with your representative today and to feel supported by the organisation and care options.

Very caring and friendly service. Always will accommodate any request where possible. Have a dedicated team of carers and admin. The staff feel very fortunate to have my carers and help me with lots of things and a listening ear which always helps to share any worries or concerns and the happy things also. They make an invaluable difference in my life.

Since my husband returned from hospital in an extremely poor state I have had to increase his Bluebird Care Shropshire with me acting as second carer. I have had first-hand knowledge of Bluebird carers procedure. I have found them thorough with hygiene etc and they are kind to him, treating him with dignity.
