I was a bit nervous about contacting Bluebird Care, as it was the first time I had needed carers to look after my husband, but the Manager was so friendly and reassuring that I was put at ease straight away. She explained the whole process and came round to the house to assess what my husband's needs would be. She brought the assigned Carer to my house the day before I was due to go on holiday, to introduce him to me and my husband. We had bluebird in 2023 in june and we were very happy with the service we had. In 2024 we had you again in June we had the ladies again and they were brilliant and my wife took them right away and really pleased with all the help she received.we would certainly recommend the bluebirds to everybody .many thanks once again for your help.

Can not thank all the staff at Bluebird enough they have been so help and accommodating and take such good care of my mum, I would especially like to thank the Managers who have gone above and beyond to help me with care for my mum.

Friendly staff. Felt comfortable during personal care as I was apprehensive beforehand. Helpful with tasks I was having difficulty with. Would certainly recommend them and would use them again if it were needed.

We have had an excellent experience with Bluebird Care Trafford. They have been incredibly supportive and responsive to the unique needs of my son. The staff are compassionate, patient and well-trained, consistently demonstrating a genuine understanding of his challenges. They ensure he feels comfortable and engaged during every interaction. Bluebird Care was recommended to us by my cousin but we live in a different area. It has been a successful find, only stopping because I took early retirement and can look after my mum. But should I need any additional support, I've asked the manager if I can pick the help again when needed. The staff are friendly and given my mum someone to chat with during a long day when I was at work. Highly recommended and again, thank you for your help.

I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Trafford, they have been fantastic and very professional from the initial meeting with myself and my mum. Great care was taken to ensure that my mum's needs were taken into account as she wished to keep her independence but still receive care. Every single carer who came into contact with my mum was fantastic and certainly, in my eyes, went above and beyond the expected level of care. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

I considered using Bluebird Care following verbal recommendations from other people. My initial telephone conversation with the care supervisor was helpful and encouraging. The list of fees and terms and conditions were sent promptly and a home visit set up with my aunt and myself. This was carried out sympathetically and efficiently. The starting date for care to begin had to be altered due to hospitalisation but was reinstated at very short notice. My mum has just started receiving care from Bluebird Care carers. We are very happy with the service. The care coordinator is extremely good. The care coordinator came to visit my mum and was very friendly and made my mum feel very comfortable about the service she would receive. The carers have been excellent. We are very happy with the service so far.
