I used this agency recently when I required care after a knee replacement operation. I live alone so good quality care was essential. It was easy to arrange, a phone call brought a visit from a team leader and a detailed explanation of what the company offered. My daughter felt I had reached an age when I needed some professional help from time to time. After discussions it was agreed that 1 1/2 hours twice a week would fit the bill and has worked well.
Bluebird Trafford are the most amazing company ever. You only ever hear about the bad things that carers so I was extremely worried having to rely on a care company to help with mums needs. I had no need to worry Bluebird Trafford have gone above and beyond in caring for mum they have treated her with care Dignity and most of all treated her like she was their own mum. I find the carers that visit me to be mostly local ladies who's desire is to keep me in whatever I ask them to do, they are very pleasant, helpful and willing. At present my walking is poor but otherwise I manage in the home and I feel that the walking gradually gets worse but I can shower, dress, do my hair and generally keep myself clean by washing and ironing my own clothes and bedding and cooking meals myself.
