I considered using Bluebird Care following verbal recommendations from other people. My initial telephone conversation with the care supervisor was helpful and encouraging. The list of fees and terms and conditions were sent promptly and a home visit set up with my aunt and myself. This was carried out sympathetically and efficiently. My mum has just started receiving care from Bluebird Care carers. We are very happy with the service. The care coordinator is extremely good. The care coordinator came to visit my mum and was very friendly and made my mum feel very comfortable about the service she would receive. The carers have been excellent. We are very happy with the service so far.

I took out a companionship twice daily package of visits for my 96-year-old father on the days I am at work back in April of this year following a social needs review. Bluebird staff that visited were very friendly and helpful to his then current needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We asked Bluebird Care, Trafford to step in when we were away to help our 91-year-old mother maintain her independence and give us peace of mind that she had an emergency backup while we were not there. Bluebird has given my 8-year-old son some fantastic carers; he’s always excited to see them and knows he will be having fun. They are always happy to take him to activities that enjoys and put his happiness first to make sure he has a lovely time. The office staff are really helpful, especially one lady, who is always lovely and tries to help in any way possible. The manager is very professional and deals with any issues promptly and seems to genuinely care for all the clients. I would recommend Bluebird to other parents.

Mum has been with Bluebird Care for some years now and overall the care provided by them is very good. The carers are friendly, attentive and professional in what they do. As Mum's needs have changed, Bluebird have consulted with the family and adapted their care accordingly.

We have recently started using Bluebird following a recommendation by social care. Mum has been very reluctant to accept help as she doesn’t understand why she needs it. It’s taken a bit of trial and error working out the best routine, but Bluebird have been helpful, patient and kind in their approach, have advised us regarding medication support and although Mum still doesn’t understand (due to her Alzheimer’s) why she needs help, she accepts the carers into her home and I know she feels comfortable with them.
