Bluebird has been looking after my father since October 2021, visiting him four times a day. I have been very impressed with all aspects of their service. The management is very proactive (making suggestions where needed) and has taken a lot of care in making detailed notes to ensure all my father's needs are met. I feel confident in the sensitive manner that they monitor concerns with any health issues and communicate with me. My son absolutely LOVES each and every one of the carers who come to take him out and they always have such nice things to say about him. He can never get out of the house quick enough and he's always so happy to see them and they are always so happy to see him. What I love most is how much he has progressed since having Bluebird and myself and his dad have noticed a real difference in him and how much he's calmed down and he's maturing as well which is an absolute joy to see!

Attentive, approachable and friendly. Always happy to help and listen when we have requests. Punctual and respectful of when entering our home. Covid compliant.

My son has been with Bluebird Care for over a year now. The staff are very friendly calm and collective as my child has a very rigid routine which everyone at Bluebird Care has been very accommodating towards. The staff are always on time and very communicative. If a care worker is running late, which rarely happens the office will always inform me beforehand so my child doesn't get upset due to lateness and I always get a detailed handover. My child has taken to the carers so well he even refers to them as his friends.

The team in the office care and are extremely helpful. As a daughter, they take the pressure as they deal with other health providers. The carers again "care", treat Mum with dignity. Attention to detail - meals are well presented.

I am very happy with the care that I receive from my two live-in carers. They look after all my needs and treat me with dignity. I particularly enjoy the company and laughs we have between us.

My husband, who is the service user, suffered a hemorrhagic stroke 14 years ago and needs help with washing, dressing, toileting, etc. We have used Bluebird Care (Trafford) for the past year for some respite. We have found everybody we have met extremely conscientious and always prepared to meet all requirements in a helpful, professional manner. We are very pleased we chose Bluebird to help us.

Excellent care. The admin is very good. Other helpful services to GPs, hospital appointments, shopping. all excellent assistance.

Brilliant team, we have been using Bluebird Care for the last few months. We are very happy with the care and support that is given by all the carers. We thank them so much and have peace of mind knowing they are there for him and treating him with respect and dignity. Also being able to contact the team at any time, they are always very helpful and kind, so from the family and myself; thank you.
