We have found all staff and care workers to be friendly, cheerful, polite and very keen to give a good service to the people in their care.

After researching several care facility providers, Bluebird was selected. Having had 8 months of care, our choice was clearly the correct one. There have been isolated problems associated with timetabling, an inevitable home care difficulty. Despite this, I am extremely happy with Bluebird Care.

I am absolutely delighted with the care and attention given both to my relative and to me, as the person organising the care. In my experience, Bluebird Care Walsall carers and office staff are kind, thoughtful and compassionate. They are very accessible and keep in excellent contact with me to discuss anything new that has arisen, or that will need to be paid attention to in the future. They are efficient and dependable. I really could not ask for more. Their service is brilliant and I thoroughly recommend it.

The staff who were involved in moms care were really kind, thoughtful and professional. They listened to what mom's ever-changing needs were and acted swiftly. Management was extremely attentive and did their best to support us as a family.
