Bluebird Care Walsall stepped up when Dad suddenly needed more assistance. After reassessing Dad at the hospital, a new plan of three times a day was settled on. Dad was very specific about what times he wanted; Bluebird was always able to comply with his request. The carers that came out to Dad were always keen to get to know him and to do things the way he wanted. They took time to make sure that he was always clean and comfortable.
