It was a big step for us as a family to take the step and source care for our father, before using Bluebird Care Walsall we had always done it together as a family. It was the best decision we made as now we get to spend quality time with my father as we have complete peace of mind that the caters take care of all of his health needs.

As a family, we knew we needed support for my mother but it was a very big step to take in terms of selecting the right care provider. I can happily say that choosing Bluebird Care Walsall was the correct decision, having had a number of assessments from other providers in the area.

Bluebird Care Walsall allowed my grandad to keep his independence and stay home. My grandad suffers with dementia but nothing seems to be difficult/challenging for the carers and the management team delivered as promised by creating a very person centred care plan. I would highly recommend this service.

Bluebird Care Walsall have gone above and beyond to ensure all care assistants who visit my grandmother provide exceptional service. She was very anxious to have any help at all, to begin with, but now she looks forward to her daily visits and has forged great relationships with all of the carers that visit her.

We have used a number of different companies to source the best possible care for our Grandmother, and Bluebird Care Walsall are by far the best provider we have come across! Nothing is ever too much and this applies to the Care Assistants and the office management team. I highly recommend Bluebird Care Walsall to anybody looking for care at home for their loved ones, I am very happy with them, I just wish we had found them sooner.
