I've had no problems with your service - which is as it should be, at your prices! I feel fortunate to be able to afford to use you. I've not rated your 'management' because I don't know enough about it.

I appreciate having the same carer every week where possible. All my carers are very helpful and friendly and will do whatever I ask. I have already recommended you to a friend in Eastleigh.

I have been consistently disappointed by the attention to detail and coordination. I have raised significant concerns with the management team who appeared to be unable to communicate amongst themselves which is led to some incidents where I have lost faith in this company. We are quite early in adopting them as a care provider and with their assurances I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The carers themselves appear to be fine.
