My husband had a serious fall resulting in a broken collar bone, four broken ribs, cracked pelvis and cracked left hip bone. I was also unwell. The carers transformed our lives. Excellent care, generosity of spirit, empathy and reassurance. I could not have coped without them and my husband and I felt completely supported in every way. Losing our son so tragically added to our problems, but the sympathy from the carers helped us cope.

My elderly mother was referred as an emergency by her GP when she suddenly became unwell and could not cope safely at home in early January 2021. She was assessed the next day, and given options for support. Bluebird Care staff came a couple of times each day to check that she was OK and help her with essential tasks such as preparing food and washing until she started to feel a bit better. I wanted to thank everyone for all they are doing to support my mother-in-law. The transformation in her life has been extraordinary and we are blown away at the difference in her mood and outlook in such a short space of time.
