I love the staff and the care they give, times are sometimes a problem but understand, I find the care and trouble they take sometimes amazing when you consider what they have to put up with from me on occasions but always with a smile and joke. I am a great teaser which they take in good part and joke along with me which makes things easier.

Mum is always treated with kindness, humour and respect by all her carers. There is consistency in who tends to her, which really helps manage her dementia. Determined to keep Mum in her own home and Bluebird are a vital part of that wish. Management of any changes in care needs or schedules is always done efficiently and without fuss. Thank you, BBC, as we refer to you!

Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey have been fantastic in accommodating our needs, from the initial point of contact to the final delivery of their services and their continuation of services. The managers have bent over backwards to support us. We have no concerns to raise at all with the service and the care that is provided to our pupils is first class at all times. We found the Bluebird care was excellent! My mother-in-law wanted to die in her home. Bluebird provided daily care to begin with and then my mother-in-law needed full time live in care. The carer was perfect for my mother-in-law. The carer was patient and had a calming effect on my mother-in-law, she was respectful and when handling her to move her, she was gentle. The carer was a great support to my husband and l and took the pressure off of us. We couldn’t have done it without them.

After an urgent release from hospital for my terminally ill mother, Bluebird Care Winchester, Eastleigh & Romsey went above and beyond the call of duty. I was able to meet with the relevant team and staff who gently and expertly guided us patiently through the whole process. High quality provision was enabled swiftly and without delay and in my opinion could not have been enacted any more promptly due to the seriousness of the situation. The service provided was top quality, and every carer that my uncle had was very professional. They always completed any tasks in time and stayed with my uncle a couple of times when he’d fallen, and they had been instructed to call an ambulance. Communication between myself and the office was very good - always felt valued. My uncle liked whichever carer he had; they were all lovely.
