I sent a request for a quote on Sunday night. I received a call from Blue Frog within 5 minutes. It wasn't an emergency so we agreed they would be at the house the next morning. They were there on time, gave me a great quote and the service was complete by the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about the whole process and Mark did a fantastic job. Very happy to have a plumbing company that I can call when I have any plumbing issues.

I requested the service on Sunday evening via HomeAdvisor and they contacted me the next day with an opening. Even with the window of time for scheduling (2 hours) they called to tell me Mark was on the way. He was pleasant young man and took time to explain the various options for the job. He didn't just replace the broken part but several others which were worn out. I was ok with that as I knew the parts were original and nigh 16 years old. We have not had hot water heater for almost 4 years and Tara was so understanding about our situation and Mark gave us options and explained everything that needs to be done. I would recommend blue frog plumbing and drain.

Paid Bluefrog Plumbing over $800 to locate a water leak. Although they never found the leak, they cut a large hole in my bathroom wall that I now have to pay someone to repair. It appears their business model is to get the plumber out to the job, do some minor work, regardless of if it solves the problem or not and bill you for the work you didn't need in the first place. Scratched hardwood flooring and damaged hardwood stairs from moving the water heater upstairs. They said they were going to repair it but never heard back from them. Would not recommend.

Bad quality of work, the expensive price quoted, cheap materials used, was promised to have same water pressure, received half of the original water pressure after work completed, despite telling many times to fix the pipe issue, no care was shown to correct it, during backfill, the garden irrigation pipes were broken as they were not careful with stomping, had to hire people afterward to fix it, the company never called back to review the project satisfaction.
The water is still leaking. The problem still has not been resolved.
