Bad attitude.
The bid was more than 2X competition. This was for an undermount sink replacement and replacement of a faucet/disposal (Labor only). Not competitive. Person bidding work was on time and courteous.

We appreciate the feedback. Based on our communication you did not have the sink installed by a licensed plumbing company rather you used a counter company which is an unlicensed and unregulated industry so their cost to do business is far less than needed to meet the stringent requirements for plumbers in the state of Texas.
The cost was extreme for the job. I did agree to get it done and they did a good job. Discussing the cost with the owner he did agree to return a portion of a membership I did not know was a part of the cost. Your organization was part of the cost which I was told was $65.00 to him and any others you gave the lead to. I will handle future needs differently.

I am sorry you felt the price was high, I think if you shop other plumbing companies, you will find we are competitively priced. Very few owner would follow up on a small job but we value each and every customer we serve regardless the size of the job!
I got charged full price $285, even though they did not have to use the sneak, jiggling the camera removed the clog. They got here first so I hired them, but the next guy was going to charge only $185. I made a note not to hire them again.

Our price for clearing the drain also include a camera evaluation which most companies to not tell you until they get there and collect the first part. It is important to have the camera evaluation to see if there are roots or other problems causing the backup to permeant fixes can be made to prevent recurring problems and associated costs.

Though we informed them the emergency shut off valve needed replacement, they would not quote price over the phone. Since it was leaking on the floor, we had to fix promptly. Spent $305 for about 20 minutes work, plus new valve!!!! As a physician, my time is not as well reimbursed. Guess I am in the wrong field

I was charged $208 to fix a blocked drain. After the Blue Frog plumber left, the drain was more (not less) blocked and there were 2 NEW leaks underneath the sink that required pans to catch the drips. I called another plumber who cleared the blocked drain, stopped the leaks and made a much more cost-effective proposal to prevent future problems with this drain. The other plumber charged 10% less.

With breaks in the sewer line and root intrusion, running a cable is a very temporary solution. Our plumbing professional did explain that without repairing the break, these things would happen and the blockage would occur again.
