It was an amazing stay. The property is outstanding in just about every way. The part of mission beach is perfect, quiet enough on weekdays, people watching on the weekends. I am glad we chose this house instead of something similar on the bay side. There are a few minor things that could have been better, but nothing worth complaining about. We would go back.
Very nice home and well maintained. Perfect location but I don’t suggest dealing with third party rental companies in general. I’ve never had a great experience with them and Blue Water is no different. If you don’t mind then the home is a great place overall.

This condo is in a good location along to bay and beach sides. There is a lifeguard tower right by on the beach. There is an event center next door, which is a bit intrusive for the ground floor patio, but is non-the-less entertaining. We watched a wedding from our balcony. This patio is not private, and others in the condo can pass through it. The condo itself is well appointed, with a very pleasant feeling to it. Amazing location, super clean, well appointed kitchen. Wish the bed was more comfortable. No dining table, I wish I had realized that before. Very nice and helpful management.
Exciting and amazing location. You’ll be right in the mix of things at this sweet spot. Highly recommend this bustling location!

Beautiful house with all that you need for a fun and wonderful stay. Location is close to the bay but an easy drive to the ocean. 1/2 mile to 1 mile to walk to food places. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area.

Aside from beach towels you will need bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas.
