Clean and spacious home in a great location. Would definitely come back again!
This home was perfect for our getaway to Pacific Beach. The location is easy access to both Pacific Beach and La Jolla. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is small but it’s fully stocked with quality kitchenware, we cook a lot on vacation snd had everything we needed. The garage conversion is PERFECT for kids and teens, our girls loved it. This is an amazing place over all . Location is unbeatable , private access to beach , pool , hot pool and the works Well appointed medtrenian villa with everything you can ask for. It was missing beach chairs which we bought and left behind . We were there for a family vacation for a week and didn’t step out of the house except one sushi dinner at near by himitsu and a casual tacos at the famous taco stand in La Jolla . Pictures don’t do justice to this jewel . Communication was excellent , team managing this is awesome .
Great location and updated property
This property is really beautiful and located a very short walk from the beach. Fun and delicious restaurants are also very close by. We had a senior member of the family with us so the downstairs bedroom with attached bath worked very well. Kids loved roasting marshmallows at the rooftop fire pit. Couple of extra boogie boards in the garage were also handy. We hope to visit this property again as soon. Great communication from then management company. Highly recommend.
A great home! Top notch amenities. A beautiful, modern house with lots of space. Great views, great location and just a few minutes drive to La Jolla's beach front.
This is a great house with great view in great location. Communication was great. The only things that I want other people to know is that TVs are not smart TV with no ability to have Netflix or Apple TV or Amazon prime or things like that. Also outside lights are suboptimal. Everything else was great.
This home was just as it was described, we had a great stay. The views were incredible and it was so close to everything which was great!! The only disappointment was the hot tub wasn’t working but they did offer to send someone out to fix it but we were out pretty much every day.
Very, very clean and perfect location. Great size for our family (parents and two little kids). Highly recommend!
