Happy we went with this place! Truly less than a min walk to the beach and boardwalk. Definitely a busy area, best for a group who wants to be in the middle of things. Having both units worked perfectly for our group of 8 people and we felt like we had plenty of space.

We loved our stay here and were shocked at the size and space of the unit. So much room! It was so close to the beach and the bay offering a variety of things to do. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer were a plus, and I loved the rain shower in the master! The surrounding food was some of the best I have ever had. Go to Woodys and Seaside pizza! The property was as advertised and a great location even though it was a little noisy in the mornings from the restaurant right next door, which by the way is great for breakfast. Check in and out was very easy and the communication from Bluewater was excellent throughout our entire stay. From emails to text it was much appreciated . We drove down to San Diego so the garage for our vehicle was a huge bonus. When we ate in we had everything we needed to cook a great meal. Great location and home. Walking distance to everything! We would definitely rent again. Loved the outside patio with fire table and steps to sand. Quiet for the most part at night especially compared to the ocean side. Beach to ocean is literally across the street. Owners left beach chairs and boogie boards and some sand toys. We had a. Wonderful vacation with great memories. Thank you to home owners and blue water rentals who were extremely responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! We had 7 people and thought there was ample space for all of us to spread out and also enough common space to hang out together. The pool, hot tub, and deck area is magical. It really allows for indoor/outdoor living. The landscaping was also beautiful and there were wonderful trees and birds to look at all times of day. Outstanding property with many high end upgrades. Located directly on the beach and a short distance from the Mission Beach boardwalk. That provides for interesting people watching, but also a higher volume of people generally in the vacinity. The property shares a security gate to the beach with the neighboring unit, which did often leave it unlocked. All the best of San Diego (La Jolla, Gas Lamp, Coronado, zoo, etc.) is within a reasonably close distance. Bluewater is also very proactive in communicating and responsive to ... read more
