Mission Beach Haven We really loved this place. Upstairs with plenty of light with lots of space for our group. It was very clean upon arrival with all the needed utensils for cooking and we took advantage of the gas BBQ on the balcony. The location was ideal for us since it is right between the beach and bay and we also loved trying out the nearby restaurants and the coffee shop below the home had great breakfast grub along with a solid cup of coffee. Awesome family vacation!!! This house is perfect! It comfortably fit all twelve of us. The pool, the indoor outdoor living, the proximity to the beach, the breezes blowing in at night all made this one of the most enjoyable vacations we have ever had. Bluewater was very accommodating to us and helped us with our every need. We loved it. We will for sure be back for another memorable vacation.
Beach House It was a great place to stay. The house was good Could have used more bath towel. It was not great having the washer and dryer in the garage. The walkway in front of the house was a bit bothersome.... there were a lot of pot smoking each night on the walkway. Could not leave windows or curtains open at night because of the walkway. Upper unit would be better... away from all the people on the walkway.So house was good... location... average.
Beach House It was a great place to stay. The house was perfect... Could have used more bath towel. There was a party going on until 4 am the first night upstairs. The walkway in front of the house was a bit bothersome.... there were a lot of pot smoking each night on the walkway. So house was great... location... average.

Perfect Family Beach House This house was a terrific location for a family. A block from the bay beach which was great for little kids. Walking distance to the ocean beaches and restaurants. Easy family vacation. House is adorable and plenty of living space and bedrooms. For our family of 6, it was very comfortable. Nice to have a private side patio for the kids and private driveway to avoid street parking.
DAWN The location was excellent, accessible to the boardwalk and the beach and also minutes from the attractions of San Diego. The layout and ground level walk out worked out well and the view was incredible. It was clean and well stocked. Perfect for an ocean getaway.
Beautiful Home - Excellent Location - Perfect Vacation Our family of 5 stayed in this wonderful home for a week during spring break. As east coast natives, the amazing out door spaces were fantastic. Cozy, cute and clean beach cottage Our family loved this beach cottage. The decor is adorable. The home was in a very convenient location close to the beaches, Zoo and Balboa Park. We did a lot of sight seeing and were always back home within 20 minutes from everywhere we wandered. We enjoyed having a garage to use. Warm Weather Girl We called Bluewater Vacation Homes with the most pressing issues we had at B5050 Villa Pacifica La Jolla the week of 3/12/16-3/19/16. It is a beautiful home but definitely has some issues in the kitchen and outdoor grill areas. For having a Professional Kitchen, the kitchen was poorly stocked for a group that cooks, which was us. Examples would be no liquid measuring cups, only a wooden cutting board, 2 dish towels only, no sponges or scrubbers, 1 hot pad, and the list could go on. We requested a few things... read more
