Great location, house is comfortable and spacious, and Bluewater had it thoroughly stocked. We plan to stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay! The property is lovely, the neighborhood eclectic. Comfortable and fun.
This location is perfect for anyone who loves the ocean waves. It is right on the boardwalk and it was great having a parking spot right in front of the front door. We already reserved it again for next year.
Great location and space. Hosts were very responsive and proactive with communication. Kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans, silverware, utensils, coffee, and spices. Loved the care package upon our arrival.
We loved being on the bay side of Mission Beach. It was great to watch the sunrise. That side is quieter than the ocean side. Place was spotless.
The pictures do not do the home justice- the home and location could not be better!!! Very comfortable and quality furniture and very comfortable beds!!!
The Spa Vista place was lovely and even better than described. However, a demolition to the building directly next door, unknown to Bluewater Vacation Homes, began the same week of our arrival. The situation was quickly and professionally handled by Banessa and Natalia and we were allowed to move to another one of their beautiful properties in a different location on Mission Bay in the Pacific Beach area. Very clean and fit our family well. One minute walk to the beach! Biggest issue was parking. Garage parking is nice to have as long as someone isn't illegally parked in the alley, blocking access to the garage. That was a constant during our stay and really irritating.
The unit was exactly as described. Perfect setting, just steps to the beach. The balcony provided the perfect sunset views each evening. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The only negative I had, which was completely out of the control of Blue Water was that the outside garbage was overflowing which was unpleasant at best.
