Wonderful family retreat My extended family rented this property for a long weekend after our daughter's wedding in Temecula. We had a wonderful time here and used all the amenities it had to offer. The pool, spa, barbeque and fire pit were used each day and night. There was plenty of space to be together, but also individual areas to move to when you needed some space. beach seekers This condo was very lovely. It is in walking distance of almost anything you want. My family and I really enjoyed our trip.
Baywalk Condo Spent four nites in this very nice condo. Very nicely equipped. But needs a good can opener, minor detail until you need one. We were 4 adults and 4 children and it worked very well for us. Water and grassy area right out front. Perfect for small kids. It was warmer than we had expected, no a/c but fans in rooms. Was bearable. We all really enjoyed the balcony looking out over Mission Bay, beautiful view. We had two vehicles but only one space available. So finding parking was a hassle. Great Mission Beach Condo We brought the family out to Mission Beach for fall break and stayed at this condo for the week. We were very pleased with it's location and proximity to the beach. It was literally 20 steps to the sand. The condo was in good condition. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the master suite with the on-suite bath. The living area was open-concept with a pull out couch and fold down futon, so plenty of room. They had some beach gear available including an umbrella which was nice. Merrie The property was amazing. Very close to the beach as promised. Easy access to PB, Mission Beach and Bay as well as the Garnet district. No need for a vehicle. The unit was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. Kendra, was very helpful. Checked in with me to assure everything was as discussed. Followed up on my questions and quickly responded when confusion around the grill arose. Very attentive and so it helped with the relaxation part of the vacation. I would recommend this property and management team.
San Diego apartment The apartment was fantastic, excellent location. My only criticism would be that there was no air con, only fans which really did not help in the hot weather

Thank you for your feedback on the property. It's really a wonderful beach view location. The property is listed without A/C and unfortunately many beach area homes are not equip because the beach breeze typically suffices. From August-October it can get a little hot at times and so if you travel in this period we may want to look into another unit with air conditioning on the next trip. Happy to help!
Family Retreat We came for our annual family retreat. Rented both of the front units. I have rented many places and this was exceptional. The photos don't do it justice. Service was excellent by the staff. The house had all kitchen items you could use (could you a couple hot mits though). The location is amazing. The Grandkids loved being able to go from the house directly to the water and we were easily able to see them. Everyone had a fabulous time. Even my 19 year old grandson and my 84 year old mother!
