Perfect Bungalow My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It's absolutely perfect! Great location, high quality and cute decorations, more than necessary accommodations with the kitchen, and great amenities. We've already recommended it to all our friends and family and will definitely be back. Our only complaint was that the windows were dirty and it made our amazing view a little less great. However, that is such a small complaint. Great spot for a couple!

PERFECT!!!!!!! Perfect LOCATION, perfect amenities, perfect helpful staff for us computer dummies with door codes. Has issue with parking...fixed IMMEDIATELY!!! Well stocked. Loved the decore!!! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for a memories!!!
happy family great place and wonderful staff. we took our young adult boys and their girlfriends (23 - 26) to visit our other son that has recently moved to San Diego. great place for family gathering, the view was exactly what we wanted. we spent almost all of our time on the patio lounging on the furniture watching the ocean and all the interesting people on the board walk. never a dull moment. Villa La Playa is exquisitely furnished and oh so accommodating! The private grounds are beautifully manicured with lush floral & foliage at every turn! Best family vacation yet! This house is beautiful and very classy and spacious. The location is unbelievable and made it very easy for us to have a fun yet laid back vacation with our 2 year old a 7 month old baby. Staff was very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. Definitely would recommend and return in the future!
Beautiful, modern California style home with gorgeous views Our extended family of 8 rented this home for a vacation. The house is new and spacious with an open floor plan. The home has an extended outdoor living area complete with a pool, fireplace and lots of new outdoor furniture. It has gorgeous views, especially of the sunset and is a block from the beach, although it is more of a surfing beach than a swimming beach. Virginia The unit was spectacular! Three bedrooms all with private bath. Very comfy beds. Extra air mattress if needed. Kitchen with granite tops and well stocked. Living room spacious and comfortable seating. Two large couches( could sleep on them if needed) .Great location with grocery and nice restaurant nearby. A block from the beach. BLuewater was fabulous....we had a minor issue with one of the showers and they fixed it that day! They were easy to reach and very responsive. You won't be disappointed! Fantastic property! We were in SD to attend graduation at MCRD and this property made our stay even more memorable. We had three generations at the property and it was enjoyed by all ages. Fully equipped, well maintained and a terrific entertaining backyard. The fire pit is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting SD. Its convenient location makes all attractions just minutes away.
Incredible vacation We rented the entire property our family retreat. It was amazing! The house was even more incredible in person than in the photos. Everyone was overwhelmed at how awesome the house was and being able to walk directly out onto the beach. The kids loved it. The staff at Blue Water homes is the most wonderful agency I have rented from. (we have been doing this for 10 years). I HIGHLY recommend this property!
