Enjoyable Vacation I found this property online and couldn't have been more pleased. This property is managed by Bluewater Vacation Homes. Our contact person was Kendra Krause. The people there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful ! They were welcoming of all our questions, especially as we were getting used to everything the first day. A fantastic vacation rental! You won't be disappointed! This place is amazing! My family rents a property every year at Mission Beach and this one was, by far, the best yet! It is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. It includes pretty much everything you need to have a nice, relaxing vacation. The description online is very accurate including the pictures. Bluewater is a DREAM to work with! I booked this beautiful vacation home rental on Mission Beach through Bluewater Vacation Homes. The booking process made it very clear what the entire cost of the condo would be and the actual booking was very simple. flatlander 4 couples rented this house for a week in February. The main attraction of this house is its location which is across the street from the beach and in a quiet area that is great for walking. It has great views from the decks. Be aware that there is only space for 4 persons on each deck. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom/bath are lovely. The kitchen cabinetry is upscale with granite countertops. Th Weston Jepsens & Family We had a wonderful stay in San Diego. The Ocean Front home on Mission Beach was beautiful and located right on the boardwalk. It was very convenient in terms of seeing all we wanted to see and do in San Diego, though we could have easily stayed at the home and not ventured anywhere and still have had a wonderful stay. What a Suprise We initially booked Pacific Blue as our first choice unit was not available until the second week of our stay, big mistake!!! should have taken it for the whole vacation. Space and Quality were amazing, don't let the exterior deceive you,although lack of outside space may be a down in summer, for our February visit it was perfect. Excellent No complaints here. Was looking for a place to stay on the beach found it. Have stayed in worse. Had kids just needed a two gates to block stairs. Very comfortable Lots to offer.

Sunny Escape A group of 5 Seattleites took a long weekend to enjoy cycling around the greater San Diego area. Villa Pacifica was the perfect place to soak in the sun and ocean views on the roof top deck while grilling then settling into the theater room for nightly movies. Tons of space for a group of guys and bikes without ever feeling cramped. Everything I expected and more! Our stay was awesome. The property is exactly as pictured and really works well for large groups. Every convenience is there in the kitchen, laundry, grill, garage parking, proximity to grocery and activities. I am not new to SD (born and raised) and wasn't doing the "tourist" thing, but if you are...you will have an amazing time staying here. Really unforgettable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze as well. We will stay here again and again whenever possible.
