The location is great! You just can't beat the 24-hour views and sounds of the ocean. The apartment was nice and clean and had the necessities. Good thing we were agile enough to navigate the master bathroom shower/tub situation. It's definitely not for someone with any kind of mobility issues. If you can't reach and climb pretty well, you'd want to use the other shower. At least there are two. I feel like the problems we had are something the owners need to address. We loved this house and already plan on staying here again. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything we needed was there and in an easy to find space. Never wanted to leave and have already made the decision that we're going to stay here again.
Excellent place for couple to enjoy. The unit is well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. The furnishings are comfortable, and the bed is great, we slept soundly. The location of the unit is excellent, great views of the ocean and boardwalk and close to entertainment, grocery stores and restaurants. The management was responsive and answered our questions. We would stay here again.
This rental was in a great location to so many great restaurants and the local grocery store. Unfortunately our rental had a hard time regulating heat which made sleeping difficult for guests on the different floors. We worked out a solution of sleeping with the upstairs window open and shutting the vent where my toddler was sleeping. However there were some loud guests that kept us up from 1am to 5:30am on a Sunday night, which made our last night before flying home very uncomfortable. Had such a wonderful stay at this AirBnB. The location and the wrap-around windows made it so wonderful to just sit in any room and enjoy the view and ocean sounds. The sunsets were so stunning. Even though we were here during the tail end of the Cyclone storm, the rain didn't put much of a damper on our time there simply because of how comfortable everything was. They left a gift basket of amazing treats that we needed when we arrived on the late flight. Would 100% come back!
The only bad thing I have to say is that I had to leave! So close to beach, so roomy, so many bathrooms! The view was beautiful but to rainy to use the gorgeous patio. Going to have to come back to take full advantage of this place when the weather is better!
Thank you Bluewater for your hospitality! The condo was as described; clean; within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and groceries; and overall a great fit for our trip! The location also allowed easy access to the boardwalk along Mission Beach as well as being right on the Mission Bay walkway. We had a plumbing issue on our first day and it was addressed and repaired in a very timely manner. We had a great stay! This home is in a perfect location on Mission Bay. Four bedrooms were perfect for three couples and two kids. Lots of bathrooms, amenities, and plentiful seating inside and outside for all. The yard between the back patio and the Mission Bay path makes the space private enough while being accessible to everything. The location itself was great with easy walking access to the Bay, Beach, bike/walking path, taco shops, and easy driving access to roads into San Diego.
