Really great location with amazing views. The place was clean and had all basic needs and cutlery.
Noise complaints against us ruined the trip. We had no noise issues.

The house is beautiful and located centrally; walkable to Oceanside beach and restaurants. Short drive to hiking areas and close by towns. Perfect location!! House is stocked with all you need, kitchen was well equipped, enough dinnerware for large party of 10+. Would recommend this place for large families or groups. Loved our visit!

Great location. We would definitely come back. The patio is large and was great for our little dogs. Had everything we needed. The two smaller rooms are tight, but being on the beach made it worth it. The management company was very responsive. Make sure to get a fire pit rental where they set up right in front of the house on the beach. That was a definite highlight of our trip!
Spent a week at this property and the pics do not do it justice. The house is beautiful and the view of the water is awe inspiring. Everything was just as advertised: extremely clean home, great amenities, warm pool (plus in the winter!), hot tub, lots of places to gather and more than enough towels. Host was thorough, responsive and communicative. This is definitely not a “party” house…and we appreciated that. You’re in a neighborhood and everyone was laid back and quiet. Would definitely book here again.
