"service rep" Kevin was more than helpful and provided the best information possible for my service. Check in and out services were speedy and friendly. I will definitely return in the future.
"truthful" I brought car in for a checkup and asked them to check tires and rotation etc. They said all is good and maybe at the next check up I might need a rotation. My loaner car was ready and waiting and all went smooth.

"Efficient " Since I bought my 7 series car, i took my car for a couple times, and the staff were very helpful, starting with calling and booking the appointment,and from the minute i enter the service area door to the minute i get my car back, every person very helpful, polite and they try to get me the car back as soon as they can, and the agents taking care of my case were always updating me sbout the car situation, i was always happy with the results, car always fixed and taking care off.
