"Exceptional" The dealership itself is extremely clean, neat, and well organized. They offer great amenities while you wait. Tim was more than patient, kind, and helpful. He won't try to give you the runaround and try to upsell you on things you don't need. He is straight to the point and will help you in any way he can. I would absolutely recommend Tim and BMW of Ramsey.

"Leasing a new car" I ordered my car about 3 weeks prior on the day of pick up everything went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was very accommodating including John who moved my old all weather mats out of the old car and into the new one. Thank you one and all.
