"Excellent caring and willingness to satisfy" With a very difficult situation that, to no ones fault, repeated itself....they handled it in a stellar fashion. Brian Halpin, my Service Coordinator kept me informed, stayed in touch with the Service Tech, offered me a loaner, and had an apologetic and sincere attitude the whole way. Everyone says hello here, especially the young Lady who takes care of the Waiting Area Food and Beverages. It's so nice to chat with her and she is so nice.
"Engaging, Easy and Efficient" From the beginning my sales agent "veronica" was easy to work with. She was a excellent listener and worked with me through out the booking, production and delivery processes. I had a great buying experience!!
"Service for check engine light" Come in for check engine light on my X1. Dropped off my car and got a loaner car in 15 mins. Got text messages regarding service updates. Very convenient. And second day, got my car back, engine light is gone. Replaced a part. Good and fast service as always.

"Incredible Impromptu Service" I had check engine light come on en route from Montreal to NYC with engine cut out countdown showing we wouldn’t make it back again. Pulled into Ramsey to have it checked out and the service was second to none! Frank was quick to have the car pulled in and came up to the lounge to report at every stage of the check and repair before getting us on the road again. It’s a bit far for my regular services but if I was anywhere in the area I would hesitate to return.

"Outstanding, helpful and ready" We were headed out of town for a funeral. Had problems on the road, had to turn around to bring the car in. They took us right in, had a loaner vehicle all ready for us. Extremely helpfully, Anna, service manager wasted the " best".
"Courteous treatment and professional attitude." I was treated fairly and courteously. I find, generally speaking that the wait time at the dealership can be lengthy. I made an appointment to see the particular car that I was interested in. It was blocked in when I got to the dealership and we had to wait 45 minutes until it was made available. "Oil change " I can’t in for an oil change thinking something was wrong with the car , I was very worried because someone told me I had a noise and the car was brought under a month. John from services reassured me that they look at everything and they”ll let me know if something is wrong. I got back the car after an oil change and the car feel as if it was brand new. Thanks to john and the other members of the Ramsey Bmw I really appreciated it and my first experience with the members were wonderful. Thanks again!!
