"It was easy and fast " Tori was great to work with ... no problems ... she made sure we were in and out with great service . Tire was repaired and they even noticed I was due for an oil change and fit it in.

"Professional " The service manager was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my concerns. Torie’s level of communication during the entire process was phenomenal. The servicing of the vehicle was also done in a timely manner. I will be returning for my next service appointment.
"Excellent experience and great service" I was pleased with the service professional, Victoria, who managed my requested needs for my car. Her kindness and professional behavior were noted. She arranged for a very, very special young man to drive me home. He was an excellent driver and very respectful! When I returned to pick up my car, my car looked great! I am very pleased with my experience and great service.
"5 star " The salesperson was amazing! I didn’t feel pressured, and he made sure that all of my needs were addressed before he pulled my credit. The staff made sure that I was informed and the process was simple and convenient.
"Airbag sensor" My airbag sensor warning light came on the Sunday before I had a week long business trip. Had the early flight from Albany so I call Victoria from the Atlanta airport. We decided to have one of my employees drop the car off and she would take care of the rest. As expected and as she has done so many time before the repairs were done my car was cleaned and ready to go.
"Overall excellent service experience" been using Jax BMW service for 40 years. M6 quit and would not start. Battery discharge problem, but battery is in trunk and locked. Jax failed to return two calls for help. Never used Albany before but asked local friend to give me a name. Spoke with service manager, then Victoria, loaded car on hauler and will use them going forward for service needs. Very nice to have someone answer the phone and be helpful. Thanks Victoria
"Excellent Service" I needed to drop off my car early and everything was ready when I arrived. The staff were very friendly, the price was quoted so there were no surprises and my car was delivered when promised. One of the services could not be performed as they had to order a part but they told me they would come get my car and bring it back so I would not be inconvenienced
"Superb Customer Service" When I arrived for my appt. Victoria already had a loaner waiting for me. She informed me when it was ready for pickup and there were no issues. Prompt and professional. Very happy with the Customer Service
