"Customer service " Always professional and courteous. Wait times are a little excessive, but consider it was a holiday weekend. I showed up without an appointment, but they serviced my vehicle.

"Broken X5 experience" The service staff at BMW of Albany were courteous and efficient in handling my unfortunate incident of a broken 2018 X5 that I had owned for two months. They courteously provided initial assessment of the problem and then authorized a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my planned trip. And Mr. Schmitt kept me informed on the progress of the repair, which was impacted by a delayed part shipment.

"I'm a satisfied customer. " My appointment was at my convenience and the services were great. The wait time in the waiting area is comfortable with access to TV, snacks, water, wifi, and rest room.
