"Outstanding service and reasonable price." The customer service was outstanding. I came in with a problem with my vehicle and left with problem solved. "Had to do with the truck having leveling issues. " I gave the rating I gave because appreciate how they approach my problem with clarity and efficiency. "Pricey - without the usual customer benefits." BMW of Albany Service Center provided good service on my BMW X5. Usually, I recieve vehicle service at Nally BMW in Atlanta, GA; however while working at Marine Base in Albany, GA I decided to use Albany BMW. The service was good, however one drawback that surprised me was they offered no military discount, as well as no loaner cars. "Good experience, shuttled to the mall. Until car was ready." Experience was good, and after the service of my car they washed and cleaned it up. Really looked good. Thanks everyone who helped in the service of my car at my visit there.
"Greeted with a smile" When arrived, was greeted with a smile, warm welcome, very professional. Told me what my car needed. Gave price and how long it would take. Washed and vacuumed. Young lady gave me a walk around car to see if it was up to my satisfication. Thanks to both young ladies and the entire service department for a great job!!!! "Excellently Simple" Staff was courteous and attentive. The staff took extra effort to insure they understood my purpose for being there and what product I was interested me. From start to finish it was a pleasant, personable, and professional experience.
