"Excellent as always!" Melissa always does a great job as my service adviser. She is very knowledgeable, and she gives a detailed estimate of charges before service and answers any questions or concerns afterward. I never have a problem scheduling around my schedule and they always have a loaner car for me. Brandon always does a great job with my service.

"Traveling disaster " These guys are awesome. I was traveling to Florida and my engine starting malfunctioning. I searched for the closest BMW dealership and this was it. I pulled up at 5 (they close at 5:30 or 6). They checked it out and repaired it even though they had to stay late. I am so grateful. The car ran like a charm for another 400 miles. Thank you!
"Gift To Me" My experience purchasing my vehicle was wonderful. The Sales Representative Steve Johnston was very knowledgeable about facts about the vehicle I was purchasing. He provided additional safety features about the vehicle I was unaware of. He made me feel very comfortable where I could asked him questions concerning each vehicle I was contemplating purchasing. "Purchase Review" The experience I received far exceeded my expectations, the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The entire process from beginning to end was great. The sales manager(Derek Davenport) LISTENED to what I wanted, as well as what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he made it happened. There was no stress or pressure on me. It was not a long drawn out experience, the time spent was perfect. This has truly been a 5 star plus experience for me.
